For nearly 40 years, I have built a career rooted in healthcare, education, insurance, and leadership. Along the way, I earned two master's degrees a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and gained extensive experience helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate complex healthcare systems.

My professional journey began in 1986 in a medical office and expanded into hospital patient accounts, healthcare billing, insurance, and financial assistance programs.

After gaining valuable experience at a local hospital, I transitioned into third-party liability (TPL) project management. I eventually managed operations across four locations and helped build the Augusta location into a seven-figure project.

My passion for education also led me into the college classroom, where I taught medical billing and coding, health insurance, Medicare, and other healthcare-related subjects.

Today, as the founder of Bass Insurance Solutions, I bring together decades of professional experience, advanced education, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

As an independent health insurance agent, I help individuals and families understand their Medicare and health insurance options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
